    Application
    Drink the Evening Tea from around 3 p.m. until shortly before going to bed. The herbal ingredients balance the typical disharmonies that arise during this time. It is advisable to stop taking in larger amounts of Evening Tea 1½ to 2 hours before going to bed. What tends to be its diuretic effect could make sleep restless. However, a cup right before bed is recommended.
